Hey all, I figured if you're like me you're probably already freaking out about what to get your friends and loved ones for this holiday season. Here are a few ideas I went with in the past and I think my receipients really enjoyed them!
Don't forget Saks Friends and Family sale is going on now until April 29th!! Print out this coupon to use onine or in-store!!
I have to admit that I too have fallen prey to the Real Housewives franchise and must say that I am kind of obsessed with Atlanta and New Jersey... and Beverly Hills of course :) If it's not their catfights it's their fashions that keep me glued to my tivo. With that said I was watching the RHOA reunion tonight while studying of course..... and I absolutely love love love loved Kim Zolciak's purple Roberto Cavalli gown and just had to blog it!! It's got a $9000 price tag but man oh man is it totally worth it! Here's the look and the link where you can purchase/marvel at it.
With Spring just around the corner for most of us, and already here for some of you lucky ones, we need to start adding bold, bright hints of color to our outfits. The easiest way to do that is with shoes of course!! Here are some of my fav. picks all under $100!
I don't know about you all but I am obsessed with anything feathers. So much so that a friend of mine recently called me a "bird"... I don't think she meant that as a compliment but I took it as one anyway :) Today I wanted to blog some super fun feather pieces as well as ways to incorporate feathers into your everyday outfits without looking like you're trying too hard.

Hey Dolls! I had a facial the other day and my aesthetician shared something very interesting with me that I just had to pass on to you guys! Okay I don't know about you but I am a big fan of facial scrubs because I feel like that's really the only way to remove that leftover makeup residue and/or unclog those pores. I have been using St. Ive's Apricot Facial Scrub for ages and was shocked to learn that in reality this product is damaging my skin more than doing it any good!
Why? Well my aesthetician told me that those apricot seed particles that claim to "unclog" your pores and "exfoliate" your skin are really bruising your face by causing small cuts all over... It is because these particles are not uniform in shape and althouth they may be great for getting dirt out of those deep pores they also cause microscopic lacerations in your skin with their sharp edges that cause your skin to become irritated and look worse in the end!
Now this doesn't mean that you have to run to the top spa and pay top dollar for an exfoliating scrub. You can still use drug store brands but make sure to use one with rounded beads that do not have any sharp edges! This L'oreal "Go 360 Clean" scrub is my new favorite! I am addicted to the smell of it and it leaves my skin leaving soft and squeaky clean! Did I mention that it also comes with a rubber exfoliating pad that helps you even get a better result! Love it!
